Our Workshops
We offer a mixture of creative workshops and social events to bring Neurodivergent people together. Although we host a couple of sessions mid-week during the day, the majority of our workshops and socials are held at times people can access them. Not all Neurodivergent people are unemployed or out of education, so we offer the majority of our sessions during the evening and at weekends.
We find that by taking part in an activity, being creative, or having something to do with our hands, is a really great way of taking the pressure off that comes with meeting new people. There is no forced communication; if people want to talk then brilliant. If people want to sit with headphones on and do their own thing then that's totally OK too. We want people to feel at ease in our space, and there are no expectations for people to share their stories - but we often find it happens naturally anyway. And when it does, that's where the magic happens!

All our sessions have a small charge, and are bookable in advance (because we like to know who we are expecting, and we also like to plan ahead).

Because we are a not-for-profit organisation, the income generated from ticket sales is re-invested back in to the project. This way we can continue to provide a peer-led space for the Neurodivergent Community.
