Our Projects

Reet Good Wood is our core project, and where our story began - in these sessions we upcycle furniture and make things from scrap wood.  All furniture, materials and paints are provided for you.

Our MiNDful Creations workshops are focussed on creativity for wellbeing.  It provides the space for organic peer support to happen in a group setting.  Activities include; Lino Printing, Crafting, Music Sessions, Experimental Art Classes, Seasonal Themed activities, Mosaic Making, Poetry & Expressive Writing; basically anything creative and hands on!

We have been funded by Wigan Supporting Communities Team to bring you a group just for Neurodivergent Women.  This is a space where you can come, talk, and access peer support without feeling the need to take part in anything creative.  Drink brews, chat, and share experiences with other Neurodivergent Women in a safe, non judgemental space. These sessions are facilitated by a female Neurodivergent Psychotherapist and Neuro-affirming Education Specialist

We now have our in-house, Neurodivergent BACP Accredited Psychotherapist on site.  We believe that therapy should be accessible, neuro-affirming, and not be restricted to a short amount of time.  Private 1-1 sessions can be arranged after attending a free 45 minute initial consultation. Piece-ful MiNDs is one of our social projects - we host board games and Lego building evenings for Adults and separate sessions for young people aged 10-17.  In these sessions we aim to provide opportunities for Neurodivergent people to come together, have fun and access space with likeminded people.

We work alongside Public Health and Manbassadors to bring you a group just for Neurodivergent Men.  This is a space where you can come, talk, and access Neuro-affirming peer support without feeling the need to take part in anything creative.  Drink brews, chat, and share experiences with other Neurodivergent Men in a safe, non judgemental space.

We have worked hard behind the scenes to create a project for Neurodivergent young people.  Some Neurodivergent young people aren't eligible for any sort of support from existing statutory services. Some young people want to take part in activities but struggle in spaces that aren't truly designed with Neurodivergent people in mind.  We aim to fill the HUGE gap in provision, and offer a mixture of creative and social sessions for young people ranging from age 10-17. 

Alongside our gender specific peer support groups, we also provide a monthly LGBTQIA+ group.  It is estimated that 1 in 4 Neurodivergent people in the UK identify as LGBTQIA+.  Our dedicated space provides attendees with opportunities to access support and to be their full, unmasked, authentic selves in a safe and welcoming space.
